We run our own properties for rental, while assisting our partners to properly invest capital into real estate.
In case it’s needed we manage said properties for our partners in order to maximise ROI. We have our own, well-tested,
dedicated marketing structure for short term real estate rental.

The new segment of Molnar Group Europe is real estate rental in south Italy, beautiful Bari county.
Our choice dropped on a highly likeable, nice, great priced, romantic historic town, Turi.
Our first estates will be available for rental in the 1st quarter of 2025 for those who want to go hiking, relaxing.
Car rental is optional for our guests. Details will soon be available here and on our Facebook site too.
The real estate department of Italy will be run under the new brand of ours, Casa Maya.
